What does it entail?

Improving your golf game can take many forms, and here at Get Vertical, we focus on helping you practice at home with minimal equipment. The goal of this September Challenge is to refine your swing, strengthen your body and sharpen your skills—all from the comfort of your own space.

The Routine

  1. (10 times) Practice 'Swing Simulation' with an exercise band
  2. (10 times) Practice 'The Chase It Move' with an exercise band
  3. 4 Workout Moves 3 times a day:
  • 10 Bicep Curls
  • 10 Pulls
  • 10 Triceps
  • 10 Rows
