Event Highlights

 

📍 Day 1 - Thursday September 25th: Arrival in Halifax
Arrive at Halifax International Airport, where you’ll be greeted and taken to your accommodations for a relaxing evening.

📍 Day 2 - Friday September 26th: Explore Halifax & Glen Arbour
Tour downtown Halifax and the Waterfront, then head to Glen Arbour Golf Club for a fun Par 3 Scramble, followed by Pub Night to kick off the celebrations.

đź“Ť Day 3 - Saturday, September 27th: Golf & Lakeside Evening
Enjoy 18 holes of golf, then experience true East Coast hospitality at a relaxing lakeside evening hosted by one of our warriors.

📍 Day 4 - Sunday September 28th: Range Day with the Pros
Tune up your game at Glen Arbour with 5 specialized stations: putting, chipping, irons, woods, and the mental game. Wrap up with happy hour and dinner on Halifax’s Harbourfront.

📍 Day 5 - Monday September 29th: Get Vertical Charity Golf Classic
Play in a Texas Scramble format tournament at Glen Arbour in support of the Alzheimer’s Society, followed by dinner and music.

📍 Day 6 - Tuesday September 30th: Peggy’s Cove & Lobster Dinner
Visit iconic Peggy’s Cove, tour the charming fishing village, and end the day with a lobster dinner at the Shore Club.

📍 Day 7 - Wednesday October 1st: Annapolis Valley Tour
Explore the stunning Bay of Fundy, visit a renowned vineyard for a wine tasting, and enjoy a gourmet dinner in a historic church (dinner cost not included).

📍 Day 8 - Thursday October 2nd: Departure or Continue Exploring
Transportation back to the airport or extend your stay to discover more of the Maritimes.

All accommodations are at your expense. We have selected the Future Inn in Bayers Lake as our event hotel, where all tours will depart from.

🔹 Exclusive Rate: $169 + taxes (single occupancy)
🔹 Includes: Hot breakfast
🔹 Double Occupancy: Add $15 for an additional breakfast

Payment Method

Guests are responsible for:
✔️ Room & Taxes
✔️ $100 deposit for incidental charges
(Nova Scotia tax: 15% + 3% tourism marketing levy)

If you choose alternate accommodations (Airbnb, another hotel, etc.), that’s completely fine—just ensure you arrive at the Future Inn for tour departure times.

 

Transportation

Transportation will be provided through volunteers, buses, and Uber. You are also welcome to rent a vehicle. (Personal rental costs are not covered, but we will reimburse you for mileage if you drive others to events.)

 

Meals

🍳 Breakfast: Included if staying at Future Inn
🥪 Lunches: 3 included, 3 at your expense
🍽 Dinners: 5 included, 1 at your expense
🍷 Alcohol: Included only on Saturday night and at the wine-tasting event

 

Daily Schedule

Departure and pick-up times are being finalized and will be provided in a full itinerary closer to the event.
