What do you need for Hang with the Pro golf program?

You'll need a golf club, golf balls, a putting mat or carpet, and a net or sheet for practicing swings. Stretch bands and weights are helpful, but nothing fancy is required. Just get started with what you have!

What do you need for the Get Vertical fitness program?

You'll need stretch bands, light weights, and a mat. No fancy equipment required—just your determination to get moving!

Looking for affordable clubs? No problem! Here are a few tips:
1)Ask friends or family—someone might have a set they’re not using.
2) Check out Facebook Marketplace for some great second-hand deals.
3) Aim for a $150 budget max—you can find great quality without breaking the bank.

Absolutely! It’s always great to try something new. With your first week free, you have nothing to lose. Join a supportive community, make new friends, and start moving more!

The workouts are now 30 minutes, but don’t worry—start where you’re at! You can begin with 10-20 minutes and gradually work your way up to the full 30.

 

When you're exhausted, don't give up—do the Sexy Walk! Sometimes pushing ourselves feels tough, but the key is showing up. If you're feeling worn out, give yourself a break and modify a tough move with the Sexy Walk. Then, jump back in when you're ready and re-energized! You've got this!

I'm not the most tech-savvy person myself, but I've learned as we've gone along! I'm always here to help, and my husband, who is tech-savvy, is also available to assist with any more complicated tech issues. We're here to support you every step of the way!

No worries at all! If you find a workout or move challenging, just take it at your own pace. You can start with modified versions or shorter durations and gradually build up. The important thing is to show up and give it your best effort. We're here to support you, and remember, every step forward is progress!

The name "Get Vertical" came from a mindset I developed during COVID when motivation was at an all-time low. It literally means getting up and out of bed to start moving. The name embodies our mission to help you rise above the hard times, elevate your fitness and golf game, and achieve new heights.

 

The term "warriors" came from our experience during COVID when we all felt like we were battling through tough times. We embraced the concept of being "Warriors" because it reflected our strength and resilience. It symbolizes the determination to overcome challenges and push through difficulties, both on the golf course and in our fitness journey.
